The leadership game
The Leadership Game is a great way to get your leadership team engaged and invested in our culture. The best way to improve your store is to get all leaders on the same page and there is no better way to do that than with their honest input.
The game can be played with at least 4 leaders and up to 10 and can be completed in under 60 minutes. If you’re interested in playing the leadership game with your leadership team fill out the link below. Don’t worry, it’s fun and everybody comes away from the game smiling :)
Mastermind Group
Our mastermind group meets once a week, generally Tuesday’s at 8:30am. We read a John Maxwell book, usually 1-2 chapters per week and then discuss questions about the chapter as a group. This is another fun group and we’re always learning! If you’re interested in joining, fill out the link below.
1-1 Coaching

Desired Future
One of the best ways to realize your vision & dreams for your store is to put it on paper and get your leadership team involved. With the desired future dashboard, we will get input from each member of your leadership team on how the vision can be accomplished. When we leave the initial meeting, we will have 2-3 defining objectives with each member of your leadership team taking ownership in one of the defining objectives.
