MPR Development was started by Tom Tracy and his three son’s Matt, Pat & Ryan. Our first Five Guys opened in 2006 and we now have eight locations throughout Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie Counties. Our goal is to take care of our four walls by providing each customer with a quality product in a clean store from smiling faces!

We started with our first store in Village Commons in West Palm Beach.  We quickly realized that store was not going to be a winner.  Luckily we came across our second location in Palm Beach Gardens Legacy Place.  This is the store that saved us!  From the beginning this was a great store and still continues to be one of our best stores today.  After Palm Beach Gardens opened, we closed our Village Commons location shortly after.

Our next location, which would be our second store in operation was in Wellington in 2008.  This store started off slow however proved to be another great store after about two years of building the brand in Wellington.  Shortly after we opened Wellington we opened the doors in Boynton Beach.  This was our third store and it started off great! We knew we had a winner.

Roughly one year later in 2009 we opened our fourth store in Boca Raton.  What a great opening we had!  We had lines all the way through the dining room stretching back to the bathrooms.  Boca was a great from the beginning and still does great currently.

Fast forward one more year and we opened our fifth store in Stuart.  We thought Boca was busy when we opened, Stuart was even busier.  The folks in Martin County wanted to see what Five Guys was all about and they showed up!  

2011 would be a big year for us as we planned to open three stores in a short period of time.  We opened Jupiter in the fall of 2011, PSL in early 2012 and WPB Clematis Street early 2012 as well.  PSL proved to be our busiest opening on record! WPB Clematis did not last long and we closed the doors on another WPB location.  In 2014 we added our 8th location in Delray Beach.  That is where we stand today, with 8 great Five Guys locations throughout Palm Beach, Martin & St. Lucie Counties.

The FIVE GUYS Mission

Our mission is to provide each customer with quality food, from smiling faces in a clean restaurant.  In addition to taking care of our four walls by providing each customer a great Five Guys experience we want to also serve the communities in which we operate.  By partnering with local schools and non-profits to have fundraisers inside our stores and volunteering in the community we have enriched our communities and our crews.  Our goal is to be more than burgers in Palm Beach, Martin & St. Lucie Counties!
